The issues of confusion: with the internet technology most people spend little time on the search engines, they type in their search box and see the many links to the sites that meet their search criteria, and often come up with a plethora of information. the 1st links they see are the paid ads, then the rest, people are impatient and expect instant results, so they only spend a second or two on the search page. They like to click on the top links on the 1st page of their search. This is what happens when a search for the name “Paul Tillson” came up.
